It addresses some of what you&#039;re talking about, too.  Refers to the reality that all parties need to participate in some good &#039;ol communication if any organization (and its employees) are going to succeed.</description>

Doesn&#039;t have to be a quick solution, though.  Awareness of a problem, acceptance/admission of a problem, agreeing to work on the problem ... on both sides ... will do the job.  So, if those issues are addressed early ... and discussed often, maybe in the intranet blog, you could have a path to a solution.

Gotta admit, in my experience, I&#039;ve seen this one - &quot;I blame the Baby Boomers that raised them.&quot;   Too often, too true.</description>
